Please note our temporary operating hours:
Monday – Friday: 10am-6pm
Saturday: 8am-4pm
Through the years, we have always taken great pride in our efforts to provide a clean, comfortable environment. With that being said, you will notice some new procedures and policies in place as we get open in the “new” environment.
In accordance with our own current policies and national, state, and local guidelines, we are making some interim changes that will affect you when you need your next service. We ask for your cooperation and patience as we open our doors and get ready to serve.
- Masks are REQUIRED to be worn by our clients.
- Masks will be worn and required by ALL employees while working.
- Appointments are REQUIRED. If you choose to visit our Saloon prior to making an appointment, we will request you call us prior to entering to check availability.
- Guests of clients are not allowed in the Saloon. All clients in the Saloon are to be receiving a service. Exceptions include a parent accompanying a minor or a caregiver/family member accompanying a special-needs client, etc.
- Our waiting area (including checkers, other table-top games and reading materials) is closed.
- After you check-in for your appointment, if we are not ready to immediately seat you our Saloon Coordinator will request your phone number and ask you to wait outside until we call to tell you that your chair is ready.
- We are suspending all services related to the face including face shaves, beard trims, mustache, and goatee trims.
- You will notice increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures throughout the day, in between services, and at the end of the day. We ask that you have patience with us as we work through these new steps and cooperate with us.
- We will be using freshly laundered cutting capes on every client.
- While it should be common knowledge, we encourage you to wash your hands with soap and water after using our restroom.
- We may request you to wash your hands prior to service or apply hand sanitizer.
- If you are showing any symptoms or not feeling well, we implore you to call and cancel your appointment and reschedule for another time when your symptoms subside. Our teams are encouraged to request a client to reschedule if they feel a client is showing any symptoms.
- Our staff members have also been ordered to stay home if they are not feeling well or have any symptoms of feeling sick.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every client, safe in our Saloon.
Thank you for being our client. We hope to make this transition period easy and safe for you and we look forward to our next opportunity to serve you.
