- Eligibility. No purchases necessary to enter. Hair Saloon’s “If She’s Happy, You’re Happy” Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Metropolitan Statistical Area of the following cities: St. Louis, Missouri and Boston, Massachusetts who are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), Employees of Hair Saloon® and their respective franchisees, advertising and promotions agencies, affiliated companies, sponsors, vendors and the immediate family members of and members of the households of such employees are not eligible to win. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related.
- Terms of Entry. Any customer who receives a haircut service from start of business Monday, February 6, 2023 through close of business on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 will automatically be entered into the contest. Alternative Method of Entry: Entries can also be submitted through the Hair Saloon® website. All web entries must be submitted by 11:59p.m. Central Daylight Time on the entry deadline date of Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Drawing will take place on or before March 8th, 2023 at the Hair Saloon® corporate headquarters. Any incomplete entries or entries received after the Promotional Period ends, for whatever reason, will be disqualified. Limit four (4) entries per person for the Grand Prize Drawing, regardless of entry method.
- Prizes. All eligible entries received will be placed into a drawing for a chance to win one (1) Grand Prize or two (2) runner up prizes. The Grand Prize includes: $750 Ticketmaster® gift card and a $350 Hair Saloon For Men Gift Card (suggested retail value of $1,100). The Runner-Up prize includes: $125 Ticketmaster® gift card and a $50 Hair Saloon For Men gift card (suggested retail value of $175).
- Determination of Winning Entries. A random drawing will be held and the winner will be notified by 5p.m., Friday, March 10th, 2023. The winning entrants will be contacted by phone and/or email.
- Hair Saloon®, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize cannot be awarded as described due to unavailability or for any other reason. Additional restrictions and conditions specific to any particular prize will be disclosed to winners upon prize notification.
- Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.
- Compliance with Laws and Social Media Platform Rules. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to comply at all times with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and with applicable social media platform rules and guidelines.
- Privacy. All entries in this promotion will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible at this link: https://hairsaloon.com/privacy-policy/.
- General Terms and Conditions.
- Limitation of Liability. Sponsor and its employees, franchisees, advertising and promotions agencies, affiliated companies, and vendors (hereinafter “Sponsor and its Affiliates”) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or non-delivered entries or for inaccurate transmission or failure to receive entry, winner or other sweepstakes information by Sponsor or entrant for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable server, satellite, network, Internet Service Provider, promotion website or other connection availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or for miscommunication or failed computer, network, telephone, cable, software, or other technical failure or malfunction or difficulty. Sponsor and its Affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, tampering with or hacking of promotion website. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who, directly, indirectly or through mechanical or technical means, attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of this promotion and/or the promotion website and anyone who acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner or in violation of these Official Rules or applicable laws. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize cannot be awarded as described due to unavailability or for any other reason. In order to claim a prize, winners will be required to sign an affidavit and release provided by the Sponsor, which will include, among other terms, the right of Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to freely use the winner’s name, photograph, image and likeness in advertising and publicity materials, without further authorization, approval or compensation. If any prize winner cannot be located or refuses to claim the applicable prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may award it, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to another winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect not to award all prizes if circumstances require it, such as if there are no qualifying entries or winners cannot be located or are disqualified. Sponsor and its Affiliates make no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to the safety, appearance or performance of any prize offered. By entering this sweepstakes, all entrants agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor and its Affiliates from and against any and all liability for injuries, losses, harm, damage, claims, actions, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with the promotion, participation in the promotion, from any prize, or from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Any local, state, federal or other taxes, expenses, gratuities or surcharges associated with a prize are the responsibility of the prize winner. Entrants agree and acknowledge that Sponsor and its Affiliates may send entrants transactional and commercial emails, text messages and other communications, including to confirm entry in the promotion, to advise winners they are eligible to claim a prize, to provide information, affidavits and releases to entrants and winners, to provide information about other offers, and for general marketing purposes. Entrants acknowledge that this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants agree to hold harmless and release Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion.
- Sponsor and its Affiliates are not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from entry or attempted entry into this sweepstakes or for incorrect or incomplete entry information. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries are provided to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, for any reason, which in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, cancel, modify or suspend this sweepstakes, including determining winners from eligible entries received, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor.
- Class Action Waiver/Applicable Law. By entering this sweepstakes, all entrants agree and consent that any issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Entrants also agree and consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal courts of the Eastern District of Missouri, and the state and local courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR OR ITS AFFILIATES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PROMOTION WEBSITE OR SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION VIA THE PROMOTION WEBSITE OR THE INTERNET.
