There’s a chill in the morning air. The sun is setting earlier and earlier. It’s about to be that time of year when the hustle and bustle of the holiday season starts consuming all our schedules. It’s also the time of year when we start turning more attention to notable and worthwhile causes to support. To that end, we’d like to tell you more about the Groom it Forward campaign we’re running all month long.
As you may know, Hair Saloon offers a 25% Everyday Heroes discount on services to veterans, active-duty military members, police officers, and firefighters. It’s been a tradition since we opened our doors in 1997 and it’s our way of extending a gesture of appreciation for the service and sacrifice they make (and have made) to the rest of society.
Throughout the month of November, we’re inviting our clients to Groom it Forward for a deserving hero in their community. The next time you’re in our chair, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a haircut at the Everyday Heroes price to pay forward to someone else. We’ll pin your receipt to a corkboard in the Saloon and surprise a qualifying guest with your gift on their next visit.
We introduced this program last November and were overwhelmed with the way our clients supported it. Together, we were able to provide over $28,000 of haircut services across all Hair Saloon locations. We appreciate the support in our first year, and we’re setting our sights even higher in 2022.

Free Haircuts for Veterans and Active-Duty Military on November 11th
In addition to the Groom it Forward campaign, we will also again be offering free haircuts for U.S. military veterans and active-duty military members on Veterans Day, November 11th.
